Atlas Dress Grey FlowerThe Atlas Dress has an off centre button opening, balloon sleeves and tiered skirt. The top has a regular fit with oversized sleeves to create a puff ball effect. Three layers of gathered panels are attached to create a midi length skirt. Two bows, one tied at the chest and the other is tied at the waist.
